Capable, Creative, Resourceful, and Whole

I have all the answers that I am searching for; I am capable, creative, resourceful, and whole.  I truly do believe this is true for everybody, but I can believe it about you  way easier than I can believe it about me.

I do believe this in my head, and honestly, most of the time I believe this in my heart as well. And I am human, just like you. So sometimes I go through times when I have a hard time believing I can get out of bed in the morning, much less have the answers to my problems.

But I really know, in my heart of hearts, that I do have the answers, or at least the knowledge that it takes to find the answers. It is important for me to dig deep and find them. And that starts with believing that I am capable, creative, resourceful, and whole, and I do believe that.
