Self-care

There is so much screaming for our attention right now, it can be overwhelming. Don’t forget to take care of you! You can’t be any good to anyone else if you let yourself get overwhelmed and run down. It is important to know what is going on, and to try to help make things better, and it is also important to take time to take care of yourself, so you can keep up the good fight. Spend some time in the garden, read a good book, be with your family – do what helps you relax and recharge.
