I am having a few people over for Christmas dinner. There will be fewer than 10 people, which does not seem like many to me, because I used to do Thanksgiving every year for more than 20 people. But things have changed, and I can no longer do that. As much as I would like to pretend that I still can, I know that I can’t. So I will do what I can do. We will gather and enjoy a meal and the company, and that is enough.
