It has been over a month since I wrote here – wow, time goes fast.
Not to make excuses – more like giving an explanation, but I was pretty sick about a month ago, got better, and then totally spaced writing in this blog. Boy, that goes to show you that even when you are in a groove and doing something on a schedule, once you get off that schedule, all bets are off. And forgive me, I really mean “me,” not “you.” You may have none of these issues, and I obviously do!
This blog has been a kind of collecting place for me: a place where I can get random thoughts out of my head so I don’t have to dwell on them forever. As it is a work in progress, I really can’t say what it will be going forward. I will probably continue to comment on what is going on in current events, but I am also toying with the idea of leaving small pieces of other writing here – some fiction, and some non-fiction. I am not, however, promising anything other than I will try to become consistent here again, now that my brain has remembered that I have a commitment to write here.
